So You're An Overthinker! (For the spiritually elevated)

Overthinking used to be considered a bad thing, we were all discouraged from overthinking. I know I was many times. But the good thing is you just don't stop overthinking just because you think it's a bad thing. The best you can do is change the direction of the thought.
There comes a point on the spiritual journey when you realise that the universe is mental. Thoughts are vibrations and the intention is the only thing required to set it into motion. You realise that the overthinking mind is the best vessel for this journey. It's the place we live in constantly.
If you know how and what to overthink. This control has the ability to mould your life into the direction you want just by shifting your thoughts (and aligning the actions ... ofcourse).
The mind being the seat of consciousness if studied individually gives you the keys to experience all colours of the soul in its physical form the way Source, God, Creator intended to experience itself through each individual through his/her individual situations, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, limitations and boundlessness.
How to align the overthinking? Intend to notice when your overthinking, ask yourself if its within your control or not? If itit'sot do you choose to learn to let it go or allow your mind to keep you in the wrong loop? If you let it go, ask yourself what within you attached to the situation you can change in you? Overthinking on the things or areas we can control allows us to see various angles to the same situation allowing us to make better choices that are for not just our good but the good of all.
Yes you can overcome the most harsh situations with love and still remain healed and soft. Its possible because love creates a protection by the higher dimensions where anyone or anything of lower vibrations cannot touch you. This is strengthened by noticing, acknowledging and being grateful for all the times you pulled through situations you normally wouldnt have and taking note of the small blessings in your life as small as still breathing vs someone fighting for breath. Thats your luxury in the now.
Once overthinkers realise and understand this the game changes, or begins shall I say.
Not that a normal thinker cant do it. I dont know anyone to say for sure anything. This here is a part of me I hated for a long time. I was desprate to be not overthinking, not see beyond the fake. Its painful and there was a time I didnt want to feel the weight of the gift. But the moment I decided to accept I started to see a different side to it and so I wanted to share what I learnt.
I believe each has their own gifts hidden in different pain areas, no one is perfect really or normal or abnormal. We love lables its how we understand whats being said.
That being said conscious awareness of self is an important step in shifting thoughts and overthinking in a healing direction. In my experience it can be done by setting an intention to notice who we are being and feeling at most times, and the brain highlights those times to you, practicing this reminder and noticing reguarly starts to become more fluid till it just flows like you.
